Capstone Project - Individual

In this Capstone, Science and Fantasy Fiction concept art will be integrated together to emphasize the importance of various chemistry-related fields. "How can character design and a unique artistic style, such as art nouveau, influence the way how different sciences are depicted in fantasy and magical-related illustrations and concept art?" is the question that will be explore here. 
Character design sometimes takes inspiration from real-world concepts and events, and for this Capstone project, characters inspired by different chemistry subjects will be created using artistic methods like sketching and coloring faerie-like characters in the style of art nouveau. Chemistry-based concepts and symbols (molecules, planets, alchemical symbols, animal/plant cells) will be applied to the designs. Many individuals and fantasy fiction enthusiasts will recognize the mythical characters and concepts and learn more about the chemistry topics that the characters represent.
